That is precisely what I felt standing in my driveway the afternoon Miles and his crew packed up and left. I spent thirty-one years in structural inspection, and I will tell you plainly that I was prepared to be disappointed. I was not. The finish is consistent, the edges are clean, the slope toward the street is exactly as it should be. Miles was straightforward in every conversation we had, and he subsequently followed through on every point we discussed without my having to follow up. Furthermore, the site was left in better condition than I honestly expected. My wife noticed it first and said it looked like a different property entirely. She was not wrong.

Watching that whole ordeal made me nervous when I finally called someone about my own grading problem. But Delaneys was a completely different experience from the first phone call. Miles gave me a fair, straightforward price — nothing like what my neighbor paid. The crew showed up when they said they would, the regrading looks clean and deliberate, and water actually moves away from my house now the way it should. My mom stays with me half the year and the soggy walkway near her entrance had been worrying me for a long time. That worry is gone. I cannot thank them enough. Recommend them without hesitation.

A neighbor mentioned Delaney Home Improvements, so I called. Miles was straightforward about the price, which I appreciated — no surprises on the bill. Two of the crew, I caught their names, Eddie and a younger fellow named Marco, were respectful and tidy. My grandchildren are visiting next month and I'm almost glad the driveway looks this good now.
